An official transcript is a complete and up-to-date, detailed overview of your academic record, accredited by the College Registrar. Students and graduates of Fleming College Toronto may require a copy of their official transcript for several reasons, including but not limited to:

  • Legal obligations

  • Immigration purposes

  • Employment opportunities

  • Further admissions

How do I request a transcript?

Fleming College Toronto uses the Canadian digital credential platform called MyCreds™ to issue academic documents electronically. Through MyCreds™, you can easily view and share your transcripts with employers, government offices and other third parties of your choosing. You control who gets to see your transcripts and for how long. Recipients can be confident that your records are authentic, certified, and not tampered with.

To request, pay, and share your official transcript, follow these three steps.

  1. Please complete and submit the Transcript Request Form.

  2. Once your transcript request has been processed and you receive a notification via your preferred email address, follow the link you receive from MyCreds™ via your email to create your account and/or log in.

  3. Pay to download and/or share your official transcript. The transcript fee can be paid by debit payment or credit card within the MyCreds™ platform once your transcript has been uploaded.

Please note the following important information:

  1. There is a $12.00 (plus HST) non-refundable charge for each official transcript requested or shared.

  2. Please note that transcript requests will not be processed if you have an outstanding fee balance and/or other obligation to Fleming College Toronto.

  3. It may take 10-15 business days for your transcript to appear on MyCreds™.

  4. Program completion status will appear on your transcript 6 weeks following the completion of your program. Graduation status will not appear on your official transcript until after your convocation ceremony.

  5. To learn more about using MyCreds™ and to watch important how-to instructional videos, please visit the MyCreds™ FAQ page.

  6. Students are responsible for correctly submitting the recipient's complete mailing address.

  7. If you require copies of your transcript to be sent to multiple recipients, please complete separate requests for each recipient.

  8. Student records are confidential, and transcripts are issued only upon authorization of the student.

  9. Fleming College Toronto can only release FCT transcripts; to access transcripts from other institutions, please contact them separately

Note: The name that will appear on your official transcript is your legal name, as it appears under the Personal Information section in the MyFCT Portal. Before you submit an official transcript request, review this information and make any necessary changes.
