Spring Orientation 2024

Orientation FAQ

New Student Orientation is designed to welcome and assist new students as they begin their journey at FCT. Throughout the event, students will participate in workshops, and activities that will help them adjust to the community while meeting fellow students and learning about available resources.

Yes, all new students must be in attendance for orientation. Participating will benefit new students by providing essential information and connections to ensure a smooth transition.

We recommend bringing essential items and any required paperwork, such as your identification and study permit. You are also encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and footwear.

During orientation, your student ID photo will be taken. You can collect your ID at the 4th-floor reception desk at the Main Campus (124 Eglinton Ave W) within 5-7 business days.

The venue is easily accessible by car or public transportation, such as Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) and Go-Transit.
