A staple for locals, the Burger Shack has old-school diner vibes and a large assortment of burgers. This restaurant is only a 5-minute walk from Eglinton campus, making it a great spot for a quick lunch. 

KINTON RAMEN 

A favourite lunch spot for nearby office workers, this Japanese Ramen bar is only a 7-minute walk from Eglinton campus. Unique to their menu is the immune booster ramen, made with miso, ginger, mushrooms, garlic, and cilantro.  

La Latina 

With food from Brazil, Columbia, Mexico, and more, this restaurant has diverse offerings from across Latin America, including plantain fritters, ceviche, and guava cheesecake. An 8-minute walk from campus is worth it.   

Madras curry 

Take out only, this popular local food truck is a great place to grab some affordable Indian cuisine for a quick bite or even a picnic in one of the local parks. Menu highlights include the chicken and vegetable wraps, both under $9. On the east side of Eglinton, this food truck takes about 9 minutes to reach on foot from campus. 

Boom Breakfast & Co 

One of the best brunch options in Toronto is only one minute from the Eglinton campus. At Boom Breakfast & Co, you can try unique espresso drinks like the BOOM Latte or taste a variety of brunch options, ranging from the savoury Urban Omelettes to the sweet Hershey’s Chocolate Monkey Waffles.
