Introducing a Brand-New Academic Pathway: Fleming College Toronto English Language Bridge (FCT ELB)

Fleming College Toronto is launching Fleming College Toronto English Language Bridge (FCT ELB), a brand-new pathway for students looking to study in Canada at a college level.

FCT ELB will help students upgrade their language level and build the academic skills needed for success in Canadian higher education. Students wanting to pursue a diploma program at FCT will have to complete ELB Level 5, while those looking to take Graduate Certificate programs will have to complete ELB Level 6.

Apart from developing the core language skills of reading, writing, listening, and speaking, students will learn to do oral presentations, academic research, think critically, and acquire other transferable skills fit for any college program.

Damien Holland, campus director at FCT, said, “On behalf of everyone at Fleming College Toronto, we are pleased to launch this intensive pathway, allowing students from across the globe to develop a strong academic foundation to succeed in Canada.”

FCT ELB will offer monthly intakes starting on May 8th, 2023, making it easy for students to enroll at a time that is convenient for them.
